SHIPPING RATES
We are constantly seeking to reduce and streamline our shipping service for our kilns. As part of this we are experimenting with different ways to package our kilns. Shipping costs wil be shown at checkout.
Some rough rates for a fully assembled Easy Kiln 20L & 23L currently:
Pickup: Free
Victoria: $50
Rest of Australia: $150
New Zealand: $300
50L and 100L kiln sizes will vary more and pricing wll depend on how far customer is from metro hubs and if they need tail lift. We always recommend having atleast 2 strong people to move these kilns as they both weigh over 25kg. (50L is 35kg, 100L is 55kg).
Shipping to metro areas in Australia is the cheapest generally, with Melbourne, our home town being closest. We offer highly compeditive rates to locations across Australia and New Zealand to get our kilns to you cheaply, quickly and safely!
SHIPPING POLICY
At Easy Kilns, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. We carefully package all our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to provide transparent and competitive rates. Since alot of our items are large and heavy, particularly our kilns, we use freight providers such as StarTrack Road Express, metro areas will always be cheaper than rural locations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your order has been placed they cannot be changed or canceled. However, you should contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes in your circumstances. In rare cases, and upon receipt of a written explanation, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be granted at our discretion. If Easy Kilns grants a refund for your order it may take up to 5 business days to be processed to your account.
